This website describes the consulting and business-purpose credit services of GT Smart Equity LLC. Nothing on this website is an offer, commitment or guarantee to lend, to provide any service, or to approve any request. Submitting the form does not create any obligation for either party and does not affect your credit score.
2. Business-purpose only; eligibility
Our credit services are available exclusively to registered legal entities (LLCs, corporations, partnerships) for business, commercial or agricultural purposes, and require a signed Business Purpose Certificate. We do not make consumer loans for personal, family or household purposes. We are not licensed as a consumer finance company under Florida Statutes Chapter 516 and do not offer products requiring such license. Our credit building consulting concerns exclusively the business credit of registered entities; we are not a Credit Repair Organization (15 U.S.C. § 1679a) nor a Credit Service Organization (Fla. Stat. § 817.7001), and individuals are not eligible for that service. We primarily serve Florida-based businesses; businesses in other states are considered case by case, subject to applicable state law.
3. Accuracy of information
By submitting information through this website, you represent that it is true, accurate and submitted by you (or with authorization of the business identified). Submitting false information may result in refusal of service.
